An average American woman is all about the curves in her body. Now she has heard all that you have to say about the calories and metabolism and health, but you are going to have to do a whole lot more than just talk to get her to give up curves for muscle. As far as shes concerned, if you are concerned about her speeding up her metabolism, you are going to have to come up with some other ideas. But seriously muscles help to keep you health, whether you are a female or a male. You can boost your metabolism up by as much as 3500 calories burnt per week! The secret is merely to add as much as ten pounds of muscle to your body. Being a man or a woman shouldnt make a lot of difference; ten pounds isnt too much, certainly not enough to get you looking grotesque or anything like that. No one has to be told that exercise is good for the metabolism. Sufficient exercise boosts your metabolism such that you are better able to forestall illnesses and diseases than the other person who doesnt engage in exercises. You know its good, so, whats still holding you back from engaging in a good amount of exercise each and every day? One part of your metabolism breaks down large molecules, and the other part uses up the energy in your body for body constructions. It is customary to have people think of ways that they could do it so that their metabolism is not so slow. Often, this results in quicker metabolism in them, and often it turns out well for them. A faster catabolism means that the large molecules in your body break down faster. Your cells are able to breathe better and faster; and you are better able to stay healthy. If you ask me, Id say this is worth a whole lifetime of workouts.
